Deleting your Cineflix data

How to request deletion

1. Open Cineflix — in the Android app, or at cineflix.rajubk.com.
2. Sign in, and go to Account.
3. Under Delete your data, choose Delete my data and confirm.

Deletion happens immediately. If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address on the account and it will be done within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Every title you have purchased access to — the purchases stop working.
• Your entire watch history and playback positions.
• Your saved list.

What is kept, and why

Order and payment records are retained. These are records of real financial transactions processed by Razorpay, kept for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes. They contain the email that was charged, the amount, and Razorpay's payment identifier — nothing more.

Your sign-in account itself lives in a separate identity service and is not deleted by this action. Ask at the address above if you want that removed too.

This cannot be undone

Deleted purchases are not recoverable and are not refunded. Titles would need to be purchased again.
